I've just returned from Dubai where met several people who deliver gas and oil to the countries. One person which name I will not name, who lives in Bulgaria has told me that this problem between Ukraine and Russia arose a long time ago, but the moment for its decision has come just now.
Here is my friend's vision of this problem.
There are a lot of problems in Russia now, but one problem exists for ages, it is a larceny.Russians got used to this problem and concern it philosophically easy.
In which connection here are gas and Ukraine?
There is a transit of Russian gas to European Countries through Ukraine for many years. Ukraine stole a part of this gas and Russian easy concerned it, as to inevitable harm.
It is like as - if you have a cat who has pulled a sausage from a table - you will not beat your cat for this. But if you can't close the door and a stranger cat came in and stole the same sausage, it is necessary to do something with a door, instead of with a cat!
But this is a digression from the theme.
Let's return to Ukraine - its government took a part of gas which has been untented to Europe countries for many years.
Now Russia has decided to put this to the end.
Why now? Because there is a man in Ukraine who sells Russian gas to European Countries as his own - an Ukrainian!
This is not his invention, but such possibility has only he.
But for all that, he is in a very bad relations with the Russian Government, who themselves sit on two chairs - they both supervise over the country and receive money from sale of oil, gas and a lo more - it is not necessary to list - this list will be very long and will take a lot of place. All know about this, both citizens of Russia and the European heads.
But the fact remains.
So this gas larceny has bothered to Russian men. And they choose the right moment, this Ukraine seller of gas had support from the USA, but the USA has enough problems now, so to rescue their the best servant in Ukraine they have no time and money resources.
Russian the richest people at last decided to repair the door and disconnected gas giving.
This is only the beginning.
Such interesting performance was not for a long time. It is a pity only spectators who sit in a hall in winter clothes. It is a pity children and old men who cannot do anything with those rich men who have disconnected it heating at schools, gardens and apartments.
